Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Atelier KAI packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
